Information we collect
At launch we expect to process the wallet number linked to a transaction, the transaction amount, time, terminal location and receipt reference. We do not store mobile money PINs.

otach is a pre-launch product. This policy describes how we intend to handle personal information once our terminals and services go live.

Why we use it
Information is used only to complete transactions, issue receipts, prevent fraud, reconcile cash and meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules.

Who we share it with
We share transaction data only with the wallet provider or licensed partner completing your transaction, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and terminal activity is logged for audit.

You may request access to or correction of your information under applicable data protection laws, including the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act. Contact contact@oree.africa.
